What to write to us about

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a hotel has changed hands, rebuilt a wing, closed a floor or stopped operating a facility we describe, tell us and we will check it and amend the entry. We are equally glad to hear suggestions for properties that clearly belong in one of the four categories but are missing from it.

Press and general enquiries are welcome. If you work at a listed hotel and something in the description is wrong or out of date, please write — that correspondence takes priority.

What we cannot help with

We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, and we have no access to any hotel’s booking system, rates or availability. We hold no guest records. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the property directly; they are the only people who can act on it.
